Valentine's Day Date Night (OOTN & JING Restaurant Review)

I know I'm a bit late with the Valentine's Day blog, but I definitely was looking forward to sharing the lovely day I had! I know some people say "Valentine's should be every day" but I disagree, I love taking a day out the year to make the ones I love feel extra special.

After spoiling the rest of my family, my partner and I spent the night at JING Las Vegas. And wow was I impressed! This is the perfect place to spend a special occasion with someone you love. The food, the ambiance, the music.. everything was spot on for Valentine's Day. The restaurant was dark with pink and red lighting everywhere, making out date feel super intimate. We were sitting in the middle at a table for 4 with plush leather white chairs. I should also mention they had a beautiful flower wall outside perfect for pictures, (which from the looks of their social media they change with the seasons).

The food was amazing, and the only thing I was disappointed with was that I didn't eat more! I made my reservation late and I ended up eating a small meal at the house to keep me from starving but I should've just stayed hungry because the food was so good! We started with half a dozen oysters, which only needed a squeeze of lemon because they were already seasoned with green onions and peppers. So good! I usually can't resist oysters without hot sauce and horseradish but these needed none of that (althought they will definitely bring you some if you want!). Afterward my partner and I shared a couple sushi rolls and the peking duck. All while enjoying the special Vantine's Cocktail, the Lover's Lane Martini, which we couldn't resist after seeing it was made with Ciroc Red Berry.
